Google has rolled out a new feature called Notebook Sharing to help users work together more easily. This tool lets people share their Google Keep notes with others in real time. You can now invite teammates, classmates, or family members to view or edit your notes without sending files back and forth.

To use Notebook Sharing, open Google Keep on your phone or computer. Tap the three-dot menu on any note and choose “Collaborators.†Then add the email addresses of the people you want to share with. They will get a link and can start viewing or editing right away. Everyone sees changes as they happen, so there is no confusion about which version is latest.

This feature works well for group projects, meeting notes, shopping lists, or travel plans. It keeps all updates in one place and removes the need for constant messaging or email threads. You also control who can see your notes and who can make changes. If someone no longer needs access, you can remove them anytime.

Notebook Sharing is free for all Google account holders. It syncs across devices, so you can switch from your laptop to your phone and still see the same notes. The tool uses Google’s standard security measures to protect your data. Only people you invite can access your shared notebooks.

Google says this update builds on its goal to make everyday tasks simpler and more connected. The company listened to user feedback about wanting better ways to collaborate on personal and small-group tasks. Notebook Sharing fills that gap without adding complexity. It fits smoothly into the way people already use Keep for quick notes and reminders.
